It’s About Training
Our training program has several key staples, but is also customized to the exact facility that employee will be assigned to.
At Colonial, we have certain protocols in place for cleaning that every employee must follow. We approach every facility and every room in the same way and clean through the room in a counterclockwise and top to bottom approach. This way if anything happens during the cleaning process and another employee needs to take over, they’ll know what has already been done and exactly what to do next.
All of our employees are trained with our color-coded microfiber cleaning system as well as our no-dip mops. These tools and methodologies prevent cross-contamination and provide a deeper level of clean.
It’s About Oversight
Our management team is hands-on. They actively manage the work being done at each facility. Our field managers regularly visit all of the buildings we clean to ensure that employees are following the clean plan, adhering to safety protocols and are delivering excellent cleaning services.
With this level of oversight, our employees have quick access to managers should problems or questions arise and managers can quickly resolve issues before they become problems.
